Freon 134A is a new refrigerant belonging to hydrofluorocarbon (HFC). Its boiling point is -26.5℃. Its thermal performance is close to R12 (CFC12), ozone-destroying potential ODP is 0, but greenhouse potential WGP is 1300, and it is now used in refrigerators, freezers and automobile air conditioning systems in place of FREon 12.
