R407C R22 replacement
R407C is a zeotropic mixture of R32, R125, and R134a in an amount of 23%, 25%, and 52% respectively. 407C is very popular because of its excellent heat and cooling capacity, energy efficiency, low flammability, and pressure reducing characteristics.
R407C refrigerant has been selected as the best option for some refrigerants due to its safe characters, lower flammability as a high flaming possibility is a key disadvantage of many refrigerants.
R407c refrigerant Application
R407C refrigerant gas is useable for many industrial, domestic, commercial refrigeration units, air conditioner units, outdoor ac units, scroll compressor, screw compressors, rotary compressor, bitzer compressor units of any application such as flooded evaporation, water chillers, heat pumps, etc.
This A1 safety class refrigeration also can be used for similar medium or high temperature of R22 refrigeration applications.

R407C and R22 have different physical and chemical properties, theoretical cycle performance, and compressor oil. Therefore, for after-sales maintenance of refrigeration equipment initially installed with R22 refrigerant, if you need to add or replace the refrigerant, you can still only add R22. Usually R407C cannot be used to directly replace R22 (exchange-type replacement is not possible; however, for refrigeration equipment initially installed with R22, R417A can be used to directly replace R22 during maintenance or replacement).
R407C can be used in the original R22 system without redesigning the system. It only needs to replace a few parts of the original system and replace the mineral refrigeration oil in the original system with a lubricating oil (POE oil) that is miscible with R407C, and then it can be filled directly. R407C, realizing environmentally friendly replacement of original equipment.
