Perfluoropolyethers (abbreviated as PFPE),Juhua's JHT series PFPE products are perfluoropolyethers heat transfer fluids, which are synthetic heat transfer oils and are refined through fractionation. Specifically: JHT-110, JHT-135, JHT-170, JHT-200, JHT-230, JHT-270 and other grades, with a boiling point of 110°C to 270°C, with outstanding dielectric properties and chemical stability. Available in different working temperatures.

Juhua JHT series products, that is, perfluoropolyether heat transfer fluid, are used in semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, aviation, liquid crystal display screen manufacturing, etc. The purpose of use is to take advantage of the advantages of high boiling point and low pour point of perfluoropolyether in relatively harsh environments. Control the continuous temperature of the equipment at a certain setting level under working conditions (extremely high and extremely low temperature conditions), and involve specific production conditions such as component impregnation, wafer etching, ion implantation, UF6 production, radar, transformers, etc. , power supply, refrigerator, cooling tower, freeze dryer and other equipment use temperature stability.
