HFE 347 is widely used as clean agent in semiconductor industries,

It can effectively remove organic residues, grease and other pollutants, and has excellent surface tension adjustment without causing damage to the surface of the material being cleaned. it is alternative of  3M7100/7200. 

As an Anti-fingerprint thinner

Hydrofluoroether HFE 347 solvents have good compatibility with perfluoropolyethers and can be used as anti-fingerprint diluents and have good compatibility with Daikin, Shin-Etsu and PPG mother liquors.

as dry agent

Hydrofluoroether HFE 347 can be used as a dry blasting agent soaked in carbon compounds or alcohol.

as Thinner of Perfluoropolyether lubricant
