PFPE Vapour Phase Reflow Welding Liquid

Vapor phase soldering uses condensation of vapor from a selected heat-transfer fluid to transfer heat to an assembly. The usable temperature ceiling, heat-transfer uniformity, oxidation behavior, residues, material and flux compatibility, equipment emissions and process safety depend on the exact fluid, equipment, loading and operating profile.
