1. Highly efficient foaming performance

Stable gasification process: High-purity methylene chloride has fewer impurities and a more stable gasification process. During the foaming process, it can gasify and produce gas at a relatively stable rate, making the foam formation process more uniform.

Accurate foaming control: Due to its high purity, methylene chloride can produce a more predictable amount of gas per unit mass. This allows for more precise control of the foaming multiple and foam density during the foaming process.

2.Improve foam quality

Improve the cell structure: High-purity dichloromethane helps to form a high-quality cell structure. It can make the cells more uniform and regular, and reduce the merging and rupture of cells.

Enhance the mechanical properties of foam: It has a positive effect on the mechanical properties of foam. The uniform cell structure allows the stress of the foam to be more evenly distributed when it is subjected to external force, thereby improving the compressive strength, tensile strength and elasticity of the foam.

3.Reduce interference with the foaming reaction

High chemical stability: In the foaming system, high-purity dichloromethane has good chemical stability and will not react adversely with other foaming raw materials due to impurities. In many foaming processes, catalysts, stabilizers and other additives need to be added. High-purity dichloromethane will not produce side reactions with these additives, thereby ensuring that the foaming reaction proceeds in the predetermined direction.

Maintaining reaction consistency: It can ensure the consistency of each foaming reaction. Because its composition is relatively single and stable, in different batches of foaming production, as long as the process parameters are the same, the use of high-purity dichloromethane can make the foaming reaction results more stable, and the quality fluctuation of the foam products produced is small, which is conducive to product quality control and large-scale production.
