R404A Refrigerant

R404A refrigerant (R 404) is a blended hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) refrigerant comprised of R-125, R-134a, and R-143a. R404A refrigerant was designed to replace R-502 and R-22 used in commercial refrigerator equipment for low and medium temperature ranges. Its properties make it ideal for use in display cases, refrigerated vehicles, ice makers, and other applications.

1. Refrigeration:404a is primarily used as a refrigerant gas for commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, including freezers, coolers, and air conditioning systems.

2. Air conditioning:gas R404a is also used as a refrigerant gas in air conditioning systems in cars, buses, and other vehicles.

3. Food preservation:gas 404 is commonly used for the preservation of frozen foods and beverages.

4. Medical:R404 is used in medical applications such as low-temperature vaccine storage and laboratory equipment cooling.

5. Industrial cooling:R404 is used in various industrial cooling applications such as chemical processing, oil and gas refining, and ice rinks.
