With the advancement of the national "double carbon" goal, foreign environmental protection regulations on fluoride are becoming stricter, and the transition of refrigerants from high GWP to low GWP is an inevitable trend. Low GWP fluorinated fluid products, because of their good chemical inertness, electrical insulation properties, thermal conductivity, thermal stability and unique surface tension, are currently used as leak detection fluids, thermal shocks and high temperature complexes in the production process of electronic components. With solvent, it can also be used for cooling, and the application effect is good. With the rapid change of electronic products and the industry's higher requirements for energy saving and environmental protection, the market prospect of fluorinated fluid is very promising.
